Sorry for the delay guys but Here is the line up So far

Mr.Roboviles Horn for Ocean Star will be used in Vermass & Laditude

Lamalords Iron Flounder Horn will be for Ocean Star

Lamalords Ocean Star Horn will be for Agile Soulution

Lamalords Furie is Furie

MMMMMMs Boat Horn02 will be Push boat

MMMMMMs Vermas horn will be for P&O and Jumbo Javelin

So there is a total of seven ships that will get thease Fog Horns

As has been said so many times, fog horns do not exist on ships.

A "fog horn" is simply a very long blast of the normal ship's horn.

On some buoys, they have a bell fitted or a horn that can be heard at night, at day and of course therefore in fog. It is useful for small vessels, but no large vessel would ever hear the sound, I suspect.

I wanted to photograph a large ocean buoy once. (10-15 feet high above sea level) I took the shot and I turned away from the sun to look at it (digital camera) and then I heard a REALLY loud bell. When I looked I had drifted within about a foot of the side of it.

Well I'm not Terry, but since it's clear in Frank's initial comments on this horn pack, there will not be an official patch, unless it is something unique and new to the game.

And sorry, but this just isn't. It's just another 'horn replacement pack'.

So don't expect an official patch to be made of this, indeed.

Your dream doesn't have to be ruined yet.. Just find something else to add, maybe a real secondary sound system, bells perhaps, and make another pack.

Or if you find evidence for any of the ships in the game to have some other horn, whistle, bell, sound other than what's in the game, add that...

As long as it is unique and realistic, you can still make something that might end up as an official user-made addon.

Like Titanic's whistle! I hear they have replicas out there that are just WAITING to have high quality recordings taken of them

I wonder if the whistles on the Titanic Museum in Branson, Missouri are functional....

Actually, Titanic had 3 bells according to my rigging plan here!

a 9 inch bell hanging in front of the navigation bridge

a 15 inch bell hanging from above the crow's nest (I bet we all know this one!)

and a 23 inch diameter bell hanging from just above the base of the foremast

None of these bells have been rendered yet, but if you want to do a bell, take your pic
