i'm good with computers, and i can certainly answer your question GHZ is a way to indicate the speed of your processor, and no, theres no way to add GHZ to your computer. You will have to buy a new processor, which can get quite expensive. So its best to wait until you get a new computer. Visit your local computer shop, and you should be able to get an estimate for the work. Hope this helps.

last time this laptop was fixed, he gave us a virus. my grandfather fixed that but he left, so i can't get help.
