Don't you hate when they put IMPORTANT stickers upside down on your HDD...

Is this my graphics card???

That coin thingy is for the clock if I remember correctly?

I don't see any GPU so it's probably onboard GPU then ;)
Removing some dust inside the cabinet may give your computer some more air to breath in  ;D
The fans get some dust especially when you have it on the floor.

BTW the coin is a backup battery...Terry may know more about it ;)

They don't. The chipset is fixed on the Motherboard. What they do is put all the wires over the GPU. That isn't very good practice, as the GPU gets hot.

If the wires come in contact they will melt. Also, they may block the airflow over the cooling fins (the silver ridges in the photo).

Lord that small thing. The GPU in my Hp is giant and would take up alot of space in there. When they put my old graphic card in the box it came in and it had plenty of room to move. It must have weiged a couple of pounds and my computer also got hotter, and on a day when I am playing games for a long time during a winter I dont need a heater. (Computer seemed to weigh more on the way out of that store than on the way in) :D What type of gpu do you have?

Here you go. :)

I won those speakers in a contest at school. My tech teacher got to 'pick' a student, and I wonder who she picked.  ::)  Not like I am smarter then her or anything...

My computer has 6 independently software controlled and monitored high speed fans and ducts in it because what I do make it hotter than a 'New York Subway Tunnel' in there. :P

Some times I just want to stick an 'Air Conditioner' in there. ::) :D

I got this extra cooling-fan for my graphics card, which gets a bit warm and noisy sometimes..
Haven't fitted it yet.. ;)

edit: It cost about 47 euro (incl. postage)..
It's for a 8800GT (but fits many others)..
