How to set the wave size on Mission Editor

I want to know how to set the wave size on Mission Editor???

There is a "Weather" tab in the Mission Editor in the right hand pane. The third tab with the image of the Sun and Clouds should take you to something like this that you can change the wave size. Remember waves are restricted in harbors.

I'm in compliance with you,but i can't set the wave szie also,because to set the wave size bar is locked.....have any one can help me??

Pretty easy - you can't change the wave settings for closed environments (harbours). This function is only available for open sea areas.
