That first ship looks like something from the future, i don't like it at all

$:-\$ even now most new boats are made of plastic, which i am not a fan of. I like old boats around the 80's type motor cruisers for me.

This is my father's boat, its a Clovic Watson.

(sorry for the bad quality picture, i scanned a picture of her underneath a scanner rather than digital, also some of the top of the cabin is missing and the cross with the mast light etc.)

Not plastic, fiberglass and composites though.

Nah it's just a new and innovative hull design.

It's supposed to make it sail more efficiently and have less impact on the environment and all that good stuff. But unfortunatly all that good stuff makes for an ugly boat.

The main ship (first one) is a new private yacht being built for Roman Abramavich, the owner of Chelsea Football Club in England. He's a Russian billionaire by the way!

It's the first yacht of it's class to feature the new 'X-Bow' design.

That yacht has a look similar to a military ship in development. In actuality that is a ugly but a good design.
