On 6th of March
Frank_VSTEP announced the begin of a survey and maybe some of you remember VSTEP gave us the chance to win one of 10 copies of the
New Horizons add-on.
I thought to myself: Great! I will enter this survey and will wait till all winners are notified before I decide to buy the
"New Horizons".
If I remember correctly it was the 8th of April when VSTEP closed the survey and wrote the following:
"The Ship Sim survey has finished. All New Horizons winners will be notified shortly by e-mail. (...)".
Today, on 9th of June you can still see this information (read the whole text here: > Survey < (http://www.shipsim.com/survey/english.html)).
Now I see two possibilities:
1. Two months after closing the survey, the time span till
"shortly" should be over, the winners are already notified, but VSTEP forgot to update their survey information page.
2. VSTEP had so hard to work within the last two months to imporove the Ship Sim project that there was no time left for informing the winners so the survey information page is still up-to-date.
Why am I opening a thread for this matter and writing such a long post instead of sending VSTEP a short PM asking them for the survey-status?
Well, there are a few reasons:
1. Since I became member in this community I got the impression better not to disturb VSTEP by sending PMs asking less important questions.
2. I thrusted VSTEP that they would inform the community when time has come.
3. Today
Frank_VSTEP has announced the begin of a contest, giving us the chance to win some fantastic prizes...
I am tired.
