Hello nubbs0427, and welcome to the forum!

At the moment, you can only use voice communication through external programs like Teamspeak or Ventrilo.

There are a few people running servers, so if you do a forum search using "teamspeak" as input, you will find a few topics that may be of interest to you.

There wasn't a need to post your question in two seperate topics, so I removed your other one, I trust you understand.

Yes you need a mic. Then there is "channels" that you can join within the server that have other people, you then press a button and talk and they can all hear you.

Ventrillo is also good but not for gaming.
