On the German forum I saw a topic where some people where showig there model ships.

Are there any people in here who allso build model ships?

Yepp I do , but most things I build is airplanes and I have Two RC-planes coming up soon

(I guess that this was about model ships so lets get back to topic now

Nice model! What is the hull material of the "Amsterdam"?

It is a kit I bought from Artesania Latina.

The hull is made of ABS (some sort of plastic) wich was included in the kit.

There is one ship that I allso am building that isn't on that site, but that is just a speedboat. (maybe I'll update my site).

I build 3D models. Yet I have not tried other materials... that's probably much harder than 3ds Max I guess?

Here is my first model, it was a lot of fun to build it, and sail it.
(now i dont have time to sail it so it just stands on a shelf.
