Light Houses and Buoy Lights?

Hello There to All!

First off, I must say, this is a VERY enjoyable sim!  I have been messing with it for the past couple of days when I have had the time, and I'm having a ball!  I have a few questions, one which I will address here.

During dusk till dawn game play, where are the flashing lights on the buoys, lighthouses, and other navigation aids?  Am I missing something, such as an upgrade?  Or is there an add on?

the flashing lights on the buoys are their when is dark but no light hours works an no update for this yet try the mission edit and put big buoys in the water and make it dark, den you will see the light, maybe this is only in the NH , i don't remember if it in1.3 version

but you haw right in game it's no light, i trying in free roam and the was no light in the night, so you most make a mission and use the big buoys they light up in the night, New Horizons? if you haw push boat and bugser 2 and Cornwall you haw it
Maybe this is one of many thing they are fixing in the new version or in the next patch. hope you find out of it

Yes in the big buoys you add in mission edit yes, but not in the game missions
They are dark,if you see the green buoys back the boy to right even there are a light on the top of them , the read and green ones
