I know there have been many questions regarding the lights being missing, but no-one seems to have asked the question, where can I find the lights? 
If anybody knows anywhere I can get them from it would be much appeciated.

Hello There,

With in the file there is a "Read Me" Doc.  It states the path to use, be it is in the "Actors/Obects/"Boats name".  I hope this helps!

Lights in the Harbours I think are very important, When will these be developed

I remember VSTEP saying that a whole new environment would have to be created for light in the harbors

I think that was what they said

So we might not have harbour lights for a while
