i see you haw problem with trainz, watt version 2004 or 2006, and haw you registered you CD key on planetauran https://www.auran.com/planetauran/SN_Enter_Serialnumber.php
if you has and market an user name and password there you put that in download statisjon for log in. or if the are 2006 you most add user name and password in you content manager and you can try this forum http://forums.auran.com/trainz/forumdisplay.php?f=6
