That's an AI Yacht, this must of been 1.4, before the AI ships stopped for you.

Actually, it appears that it isn't the server that does it. Those three vessels were "really" there on my PC, but not on Davepusey's. When he exited the environment, that top ship came crashing into the water. But only from my viewpoint.

So, it appears that th eclones/phantoms are being generated by the user's PC (mine in this case), not by the server. I'm still looking at this....
