It is the passenger ship MS "Renate". It is 50 metres long, 9 metres wide. it has 2 Caterpillar v 10 with 800 HP in each case. It does approx 20 kn.

I think that 21 kn for such vessel is a bit high, i think it's 21 km/h (11,3 kn)

Otherwise it would be a very quick tour

No, the ship do 40 km/h. It is one of the quickest passenger ships of the Danube.
