Does anyone have a link to the old 2006 Shipsim forum? I tryed the dearch but that came up with no results,and a google search didnt turn up a link either.

thats a nice forum! sorry to be a little bit off topic but i think the look of that forum is nicer than our 2008 forum, would you agree?

I don't agree with you. Personally I think this forum looks much better than the old one and on top of that, this forum is much easier to use not to mention all the improved admin tools. The old forum was very vulnerable to spammers - I don't see the same amount of spam now as I did on the old forum.

However, we're always open to new ideas and appreciate all the suggestions we get.

Aah the good old days. Potm(Picture of the Month), Ect, Ect. At the end when we were going to swhich the forums we had spam almost every day.
One thing I realy didnt like about that fourm was the Flordia Orange boarder. $:-\$
i always wonder what happened to some of the other mods, nvdg researchers, moddlers, Ect

i remember when SS2006 first came out...i was like "ohhh i want it so bad" then SS2008 came out and it was even better...it seems like such a long time ago

That picture of the month,was a great idea.I mis that on this forum,now we have more members,and more different scenery's and vessels.It would be more of a challenge.
If this ever returns,you can better give it a theme:Like this months,we gonna show the (example)Fairmounth Sherpa.Next month it can be another vessel.
