:) :) :) :) :)

Why is it impossible to save container missions?

For example: My twelve year old nephew is only allowed to play one hour a day.
Most missions last longer than a hour, so he isn´t able to solve such a mission.

An adult player often could not play mission during numbers of hours.

I think it is due to the physics of the containers that does not allow it.

The Save function does not save the entire game state. For instance the intermediate waypoint times and ship velocities are not saved.
Presumably the container state is not saved, so saving those missions is prevented to avoid a lot of “What happened to my containers?” posts.

Ahh,, was wondering that,, in a mission I'm making I wanted to have a load container part but didn't want to make it so you can't save a 4+hr long mission.  I was hoping they would make it so you could at some point but may not be possible. :(

Cobra,
The presence of the container crane is what causes the mission to be a “container mission”. Missions that shift containers among Vermaas, Sherpa, shore, etc. can be saved. On the few tests I’ve done, I’ve not seen a case where the container state was not preserved. You might ask the developers why things are as they are.

That's what I meant,,  in the beginning you would have to use the crane to load the containers onto your ship.  So instead just have the containers load automatically like passengers would using that WP.
