Ship Sim 2008 Multiplayer And Other Stuff
« on: March 13, 2008, 15:56:10 »

Hi all,
Am a newbie with this game as i usually play fs2004 & FSX.
Anyway... Please could somebody tell me how i set up a multiplayer profile as when i click multiplayer and try to connect it says you must enter your serial, but i dont know where to enter it! Is there somewhere on here where i have to make a multiplayer profile? Help is needed!!!  >:( :D......

And the other thing, can you download freeware ships for this game?

Thanks, Luke

Hi Luke welcome to Ship Simulator!!

In order to get yourself online you must first enter your serial number to your online profile. To do this, you have to go to your account settings here on the forum, and there should be a box for you to enter in your serial number. This will connect your online account with your copy of the game.

In order to download the add-on ships you must either download the patches found here (http://www.shipsim.co.uk/downloads/patches.php). Alternatively, if you bought the ShipSim 06 add-on there is a free add-on you can download to convert that into ShipSim 08.

I hope this answers your questions, if you have anything else please let us know ;)

Regards,
Adam

Hi. for the first. plz make a new topic.

You'r will find you'r ss08 key in the cover on the cd box, or in www.shipsim.com in my orders.
This game is not free aswell. but it doesnt cost that much money, if you think this is a free software  ;)
