There are ships that come into Southampton that look like that and they are car transporters. I would say that is what that is, I could be wrong.

Yes, it is a car carrier, a ship like that can carry over 3500 cars.

So, do you often park your car in a gigantic milk carton?

Or is it just me?

I know I'm not mad. My pet daffodil says so.

That's why I go with the pet daffodil. They're so much easier to house train than geraniums! Also they don't tend to jump up and lick people when they visit me.

My brain knows how to type, but the fingers just can't be bothered with it all, sometimes. Also the daffodils get in the way sometimes.

Don't tell the others, but many years ago I worked on the original version of DOS when Microsoft was very tiny. Mr Rich was simply "Bill" back then. Microsoft was simply "broke" back then.

I worked on WordStar, CalcStar, MergeStar and a load of other CP/M programs which I ported across for the first version of DOS, namely V1.17. In those days we were spolied with dual floppy disks which had the fabulous capacity of 160K each.

The PC had 32K of RAM. Luxury indeed.

But like I say, this is a secret of course. Only you, me and my daffodil know about this.
