Game don't start after installing Update v10-v13

After installing the update the game only starts the "astagon-logo" incl. the lovely womans-voice. Then I see only a black screen with the mouse-arrow and the system hangs totally, no reaction at all!
Before updating everything runs perfect!
Please help.
