On shipsim 2008 there will be visible damage i know that but my question is , after large amounts of damage will the ships start malfunctioning

or under water damage will cause the ship to sink because that will be great!!!
does anyone know

Yes, i think it will be damage on the ship's, and it will sink if you got to much damage!
