Where are you trying to buy the Add-On from?

Is it the official site:  www.shipsim.com ?

Ok, there should be full instructions for purchasing from the site :)

The booking code you referred to, this was a code issued to you, yes?

* Please don't post any codes here on the forum :)

Unfortunately that isn't possible, different cards and Countries can use different methods.  I presume that you are having trouble with which card details you need to enter, yes?

The best suggestion really is, check the site of the bank who issues your card.  Look for online purchasing advice on their support pages :)

Ah, I see now ;)

Anything marked as Optional means that you don't need to enter it :)

That looks very much like the payment transaction has failed.  There could be any number of reasons for this:

Incorrect details
Payment not authorised by your bank
Error in the payment authorisation system

You could try again later, if it continues, contact your bank for advice :)

Regards.

Wa that the card number you used?  If so, it won't authorise a payment based upon that number.

Ah, I see :)

Ok, this is another question that cannot really be answered.  Cards use different types of numbers, and it will depend on the card you have :)

For example, Visa cards start with a 4, Mastercard's start with a 5 (in the UK at least ;)).

Whichever card you use, enter the number as it appears on your card, entering it any other way will return an error :)
