You can buy it from this site with a credit carad.  the card company will pay Vstep in Euros and charge you whatever that is in dollars according to their exchange rate (which is usually pretty good).

As far as I'm aware, all credit cards offer automatic conversion to whatever currency you're paying.  Be that $, €, £ or whatever ;)
