It's part of the Add-on ships which, if you have the 2006 add-ons, you can download free from the Vstep website. If not you will have to hang on until the 2008 Add-on is published for sale, which I think is very soon.

thought that if you had 2006 you can put in the license key and get the free addon for 2008
