ShipSim 2008 Down loaded file corrupt

I have downloaded ShipSim 2008 three times (once on a different computer).  When I try to Unzip it I get an error:

 "!   Unexpected end of archive
!   E:\Downloads\Ship Simulator\2008\ShipSim2008.zip: Either multipart or corrupt ZIP archive
!   Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX01.141\Setup.exe"

What can I do?
