I dint see any Marpol, IMO and or SOLAS Books on the bridge. They have any fire fighting training ???

Really. They have those big wooden boats to supply the vessels inner anchorage and then the crew have to manage the cranes, lashing and unlashing too.

They load those empty containers by a really small shore crane. This case is used for empty containers only.

Yeah I think it was indeed that movie with the big tentacled sea monsters that took over the ship, but I think they were hijackers in that movie. The group of salvagers were in Ghost ship.
