Marmite... The thread that never dies. It's rather like Marmite itself. That never dies, never rots. Nothing can live in it.

But the taste is wonderful. Its full of B vitamins.  ;D

sweeps away the cobwebs..removes dust with a giant vacuum-cleaner...chucks away all mothballs...

Share a good Marmite recipe with us..
Here's mine for a hearty double sandwich..

-a generous layer of Marmite..
-a layer of Tahin ( it's like peanut-butter, but made of sesame-seeds, available in health-food stores)
-sliced radish

Enjoy... ;D

A thick slice of white bread
The cheapest spread you can find (not Butter)
Lashings of Marmite

.......The bin has never been happier :D

Hovis, two slices
Benecol with Omega 3
Light spread of Marmite

= happy Terry.

PS be careful not to have too much Marmite. It is high in salt and the B vitamins can cause very vivid dreams, if taken in excess.

Hovis is a type of wholemeal brown bread.

Bencol is a butter-like margerine. Very low in fat but tastes similar to butter.
