Macs are far more efficient with its resources. However, you would need to run a windoze emulator as there isn't a mac version.

Got a Dell D620 (is now D630) and ShipSim runs great on it.

Intel Centrino Duo
2Gig of Ram
Nvidia Gforce 256Mb

Laptops are great  :)
