New here, but I have a problem.
« on: May 26, 2007, 04:37:23 »

Hello everyone, I recently bought SS2006, and played it for awhile, pretty fun game.

But I began to run into problems, my ships randomly getting damage when I went out into open seas and what not, so I decided I better get the patches, as It seems they fix many of those problems.

Well, I've got them, and installed them all except for 1.8, which is downloading as I type this, but after installing them, I try to load up SS2006, and it no longer works.  It will load up past the first small screen, and then goes to a yellow and black screen that looks like a ship wheel turning, and thats all it does.  It wont fully load.

Any suggestions, sorry if that sounds a bit vague, but maybe someone knows what Im talking about.

Hiya :)

To receive technical support for the FULL version of Ship Simulator on the forums, we ask all users to enter a valid licence key for their game.  This key can be found in one of 2 locations:

1.  The downloadable version/s - An email will be sent to you with your licence key.
2.  The retail version/s - The key is located inside the case, behind the game manual.

The keys for Ship Simulator and any Add-On packs can be entered into your profile by clicking the Profile button at the top of this page.  Scroll down past Summary, and enter your key there.

Once the key has been entered, you will have access to the Technical Support section of the forums.

Thanks for your co-operation.  This topic will now be closed.

*The Demo version is supported in the General Discussion area*

Regards and welcome to the forums :)
