crashes when editing settings or playing

today i installed ship simulator extremes again including all the patches till 1.5.5.
But the game crashes when i edit the settings, or try to move the camera when controlling a boat.
Also the download content says it can't connect to the servers...
any idea why this happens and how it can be fixed?

Try this,it should solve your problem. Always a good idea to use the "Search" facility.

Thank you, it fixed only the download problem. It won't even load any missions now so the camera problemisn't solved. the system is an acer aspire c3-771G with an nvidia 630m, intel i5 2.5Ghz with 8G ram

The game worked on a less powerfull system then the one discribed above.

I feel certain your computer is not suitable to play the game. See the minimum requirements.

would be weird if a less stronger pc can handle it better then a more recent pc.
The specs of the other one are an i3 1.6Ghz, 4G ram and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 512 MB
