Is anyone still out there? It's been a long time since I posted on here and wanted to see if anyone still played. Reply to this if you still play, even just a little from time to time. I know there's still Captains out there!

There are still a few of us around. I still play ALL three Ship Simulator games and find it helps me take my mind off the recent sad loss of my wife of sixty years.

I'm still playing SS2008 as well, indeed, it's my favourite ship simulator game.  

Some weeks ago, I even had the opportunity to join a SS2008 multiplayer session together with Pieter64. Pieter, then, had started a private server.

I'm glad to hear you guys still play! I would love to try and play MP sometime with you all. I miss the game dearly. It was a very memorable part of my childhood. I'm now 20.

I got a new computer a little over a year ago and haven't had the opportunity to re-install either 2008 or SSE. The only ship-related game I've been playing recently is 'World of Warships' a free-to-play Wargaming title about WWI and WWII-era Destroyers, Cruisers, Battleships and Aircraft Carriers.

Maybe sometime next week, as I am busy this week, I will reinstall on my new PC for a little bit of nostalgia and see if there is any MP activity. Can't hurt to try.

What's the website of the Dutch ShipSim group?

I often play SSE 2010 on the MP servers offered by StormForce. It would be great that other players also run their own public MP servers, whether S08 or SSE2010.

I'm still here, too, and I'm still playing SS2008 offline since all online functions of the game sem to be down now. :-(
At present, also the SSExtremes MP list is empty. Stormforce seems to have ceased running his servers, maybe due to a lack of interest?

I still play as well. I need to check this forum more often. By the way, I see nothing about the recent developments at VStep involving Nautis that indicate a home version. Does anyone have more info on this?
