microsoft surface
« on: July 26, 2016, 16:33:59 »

Hi! Iam thinking about buying the microsoft surface pro 3 with intel i5 prossesor and 4gb (maybe 7gb) memmory, only question is "will the tablet/laptop run the game? and if so how good will it run? I have checked and it looks like the 4gb surface 3 (not pro 3) and the atom m3 porssesor can run gta 5 but with about 15fps so if it can run sse then i sure will get the pro 3!" If you have any version of the microsoft surfacew series could you tell me if it runs the game? Thanks!  :2thumbs: :captain:

I play SSE on a Surface Book i7 with the dedicated GPU. It works well because the GPU allows for the PhysX capability, which the motherboard graphics chip does not have.

It should run even better with the new Surface Book with Performance Base, which has an upgraded GPU.

The only drawback is that the keyboard does not have a number pad, so I will need to remap some of the ship-handling keys.
