Why ships sink when anchored when there not even moving

Why does the ships sink every time I use the anchor I look at the speed and says 0.0knts but when I switch to another ship to give tender assistance I see the first ship sinking please help

Try this one, it will update all versions to the latest version:
Update v1.x -> v1.4.2 (http://download.shipsim.com/ShipSim2008/patches/ShipSim2008.Update.v10-v142.exe)
