Hi, Projects in the folder, how do I edit the *.xml* file and the *.layout* file?

I attached the sample file. Please help me.

Is there any point?

A. They are locked
B. If you had the necessary skill/expertise in editing questviewer /quest3D files then surly you would know what tools to use.  Wouldn't you?
