The DLL errors are from not having a certain Microsoft .Net Framework, but as to which one I am not quite sure.
Hopefully someone can help with which .Net Framework you need.
Edit:: After searching the forums I found the topic when Swenson replied about a fix that solved the DLL errors

^Check and make sure that you have that security update. Its probably going to be under the programs/features list and if not in that Same window click on "View Installed Updates" and if you don't find it. Then that means you need to install it.

Control_Panel=>Programs/Features=>/View Installed Updates (Near the top left)
