When I bought SS2008 I was impressed by the claims of its realism. I have lost my gullibity at last. Ships seem to sink for hardly any reason. My latest was Vermaas, having cut too close across her bow in the pilot boat, which looks like a RIB, I became impaled on the wave cutter. Having struggled free I then wstched while my huge ship sank in less than five minutes. This is totally ridiculous. I hav'n't had it happen yet in SSExtremes, perhaps this has been corrected, I sure hope so. It's getting so I save every few minutes 'cos I don't trust the game.
