Hi,What is the patch of the Collection and where can i see the patch in the main menu?

You do not need to patch Collectors Edition it comes up to date.

Hi Depending on the version you have Steam Automatically update Non Steam from
V-Step website.
I can assure you that Collectors Edition came with all updates you can check the version
in bottom left corner see pic.

But will new future patches be released after the release of the Collector's Edition which is the latest 1.5 version? For example a patch which updates SSE from the 1.5 version to 1.6 version, or has Vstep abandoned the future development of Ship Simulator Extremes?

Extremes is not being abandoned By V-Step it has a long future yet Extremes is the main game
so D.L.C packs are the future so you need not worry that the game will stop.
At the moment there is no 1.6 patch and V-Step are busy with other commitments as far as
we know but I am sure when Steven comes back(Swenson) he will update us all
