I was happily playing on coast server until all this was interupted by ********* joining again and again and again and again and it really annoyed all of the people in the server and forced coast to stop role playign for him to keep kicking him so plz if this guy has annoyed u plz leave a comment and admins are free to comment aswell.

Evidenlty i think ********* found a way around it. or created a new account and just went at it again

Seems he has got himself a new ip address but Fred have tools for that to, blocking his serial number, but hi can bay a new game do. Fred are on him

I would like to propose a solution to these sort of problems.

You get one person with a fast boat to seek out this little barnacle, and then this boat rams him repeatedly until HE sinks.

Every time he re-appears, this "protection" vessel does the same thing. HE will get bored eventually.

And for those who like role play, well, think that this is pretty much how a real Navy would deal with pirates.

You cannot sink anymore in Multiplayer, Im so glad that damage was removed, ive ran aground so much times and when I have bad spawns like under the land i dont have to worry about respawning again

Hey guys,

When exactly was this last visit he made to the server?

Because he has already been suspended from multiplayer yesterday. His license is blocked, he should not be able to log in at all, IP or any such changes should be irrelevant, since he has to have a working license key in an unrestricted account here. And that account is banned.

So if there has been a 'hickup' in the system, preventing it from doing what it should, it would be good to know.

He was blocked yesterday, around 18:00 UTC/GMT +1

Did you guys encounter him AFTER that?

I can't give an exact time, but I can give a estimate time of when he was on.

For me it was at least between 9:30pm and 1am.

If I encounter him again today I will be the first to let you or TJK know right away.
But so far today I haven't seen him.

Yes, please just take a screenshot or such for me, from the player list.
You can send it to fred@shipsim.com or directlink it in a pm, if you host it somewhere.

And please check out the forumname that is used, with the right click function. (a screenshot of that would be handy too!) Screen name alone is no good of course. Perhaps there is a second account in play here that he might be using.

Its kind of hard to get a screenshot because on the created servers when you right click on their name it says (N/A) and doesn't have a name. is that a bug that needs to be fixed?

Ah, so on custom made servers you cannot see the forumname, you say? That bug again? That's a pity.

I still say it'd be easier for vstep to produce a couple of decent Battlecruisers- even if you can't shoot you can always run the barnacle over.

There again even if damage/sinking was reinstated, the speedboat would probably be the winner against a 30,000 Warship- if 08 is anything to go by!

hey i have waited for this game so long, and after i downloaded this game. i can play gta 4 on high grapics but cant handle shipsim extreme att all. why, its lagging so much that its not fun to play anymore

think your post is not correct here, but two questions. Have you a Steam or not Steam Version and have you update your game? Steam will update automatic and not Steam you need the Update from the shipsim site:
