if you have steam version of the game, then you most add your steamkey into the forum profile to.

Have you added your steam multiplayer key?
If you right click on the "shipsimulator extremes" game in your steam libary, you should see an option called something like "multiplayer key". Add that key into your profile an it should work! If it doesn't/you've already added it I recommend send Mad_fred a PM to see if he can fix it
