[fixed] Photoshop Text Issue

Hi Guys

has anyone here had this issue? In Photoshop Elements, my text is typing over the top of each other when it needs to go to the next line. If I press return to go to anew line it just types over and slightly down

I wrote this:

Look at This
I just pressed return
The text is getting higher!



Edit: OK fixed the problem, something with the "Set the leading" not being set for auto :/
