Help, Urgent! I Broke my computer!

I was messing around in the AMD VISION Engine Control Center And my Computer just immediately shut down, I tried to start it in safe mode to fix what I have done but then I can't access the AMD VISION Engine Control Center!

Please help!

what were you doing in the vision center?

changing the clock of the graphics card or CPU?

I think I was in the graphics... I hope I didn't break it! I'm pretty sure I didn't because it was fine at the speed for quite a while!

Maybe you should take a look inside your PC (by opening the case).   :-\

No, I can't, it shuts off immediately after showint the desktop screen..
Maybe you should take a look inside your PC (by opening the case).   :-\
My mum won't let me for some reason...
but that won't tell him alot...unless there are giant black marks on his Graphics card
And I hear the GPU running.

So you can start it in safe mode without any problems you just can't get into CCC on that?

Does your motherboard have an onboard video chip? If so try booting using that

well just plug the moniter into the socket which is in the motherboard area of the case

most moniters just use the blue DVI socket

well if you can get 'special' permission then if you take the graphics card out and then try to boot there shouldn't be any reason why it doesn't. If you do get in you can reset the clock to it's default and then put the card back in.
If it works after that then there's no lasting damage, if it doesn't then it's likely you've fried your GPU

You need to open the casing and look inside. Check if the cooling fan on top of the processor has not shifted or become loose. A displaced processor fan causes the computer to shut down soon after it boots.

No luck with the integrated chip... Going to try the normal card.
I have looked inside the window on the side and it seems the CPU fan is in place.
