Hello Diver,

The most players are Europeans and those will be mostly on around afternoon to evening which is 5-9 hours behind you, depending on the timezones where you and other players live in.

well getting into a populated server is a game of luck. sometimes your best bet is to enter an empty server and eventually people will come, because nobody likes being alone on a server.

Not to sound cliched, but what a long, strange, trip it's been.

Most* of us are online from 6:00pm to 9:00pm (eastern time zone). At this time, look for the player named Stormforce and you will most likely see other players joining

If Stormforce isn't online, follow the advice of Rbsanford or join a server where there's already few players...

*When I say 'most', I mean around 5 players. ''highly-populated servers'' don't exist here... sorry!  :-\

Is anyone else spotting a need for a better method of collecting players?

How many copies has SSE sold? How many of them are on this board?

Well, I was on multiplayer yesterday. Two servers were populated in that list, so what needs to be better?
You should also blame the people who aren't on when it is convenient for you to play multiplayer.

I wasn't actually blaming anyone, I just wanted to have a discussion about collecting players:

A thread on this forum?
IRC?
A medium that everyone uses already? A chat plugin for this board maybe?

The Billboard topic is the place you are looking for, I guess.  :)
