running SSE ,All registered in forum all updates installed but still can not use downloadable content or multiplayer...Says to register with forum .....im running windows vista home premium 64 bit

Just curious ..... have you purchased all the DLC packs - Sgita, Ferry Pack and Winner - and registered their License Keys in your Profile in the Forum ?

There is a possibility that you may be trying to play a mission which requires any one of the add-ons. Are you having the same problems when playing the missions which came with the original SSE download ?

no sir im not having any problems with the game it self .Its great.Would love to have a few more missions though
