Newbie (and lost)
« on: November 29, 2011, 15:44:54 »

All,

I looked at this sim for quite awhile, and finally bit the bullet a week ago or so.  To say the least, I'm lost.  I've started the first campaign, and I simply do not know how to control the big ships.  I've done some looking on the forums, found some key cards, etc. but no good guides on what the levers, etc. do.  I've muddled my way down the canal so far, but does anyone have any good guides on what the actual controls do?

Thank you.

Hi
You will find controls are pretty easy to learn best way is to go
to freeroam with each ship .
There you can play with each ships different setups for as long as
you need to practice.

You will find various bold blue topics at the top of the child boards—they are worth reading to find your way around this forum.
If you have any specific questions—especially about Missions and the Mission Editor—my email address is in my forum profile.

Marty

I wrote these instructions for the hovercraft in SS2008:
Freedom 90 in Extremes works n a similar manner, but with slightly different controls.
