Then post your DXDIag

Do you play on a laptop?

It just says what the specification of your computer is.

Go to start, type in the searchbar 'dxdiag' (the icon should be a blue circle with a yellow cross in it) and click on that. You should already be on the right tab, then just click on 'save all information' below (3 big buttons should be there). Then it tells you to save a file, that is the dxdiag which we need.

Still need to register your product key in your profile though
