sorry to hear you're experiencing difficulties with the game.
To get technical support, please register your license key for SSE in your forum profile.
After you have done that, you will gain access to the technical support board (http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php/board,101.0.html).
Please then post a topic there, including your dxdiag, so our resident tecchies can have a look at it for you.
If you're unsure how to produce and post your dxdiag, here's how it works:
Click Start > Run. (Windows XP)
Or, press the Windows Key + R to access the Run prompt (Windows Vista and Windows 7)
Type in dxdiag and press Enter. You may see a popup asking about WHQL drivers, click Yes/Ok to proceed.
In the window that appears, click the button that says Save All Information, when the Save Dialog box appears, save the file to your desktop. To upload the file here, click Additional Options underneath the reply area and choose Browse near Attach. Browse to your desktop, click the file and click Open.
You can then post your reply with the file attached.
