General alarm. orient star
« on: June 27, 2011, 00:55:35 »

Hello. I just finished a seven day cruise on the Allure Of The Seas. seventh cruise of mine and going on the ship again in December. And on every cruise ship there is a muster drill. On the Orient Star when you start going I do the alarm 7 short 1 long. And if you ever watch YouTube videos of the freedom class ships it has an air horn/whistle/bell. The Orient Star just has the ships horn.

7 short 1 long is the international sign for abandoning the vessel. For now it's not possible to add more then one sound sample in the game unfortunately.

The real Freedom class also has a gong, as it is mandatory to have on board for vessels longer then 100 metres  :)

I hate to be pedantic Meno (actually i love to be pedantic :) ) 7 short and one long is the international general emergency signal, abandon ship is by verbal command from the master only!
