Norway was mentioned a lot, and I completely agree. :)

The Norway coast is breathtaking, so I would like to see parts of it like:

- Geiranger fjord (mountains up to 1000 Meters high, beautiful waterfalls and big cruise ships (hurtigruten, AIDA, etc.) travelling into the fjord)

- Trondheim

- The Northcape on Mageroya Island

- Oslo with fjord

- Bodo --> Lofoten (Westfjord) --> Raftsund

And:
Svalbard (for journeys with cruise ships)
Antarctica (for touristjourneys around icebergs and the beautiful Antarctica coast)

I would like to see the Belfast to Stranraer route made for the game. It is a nice hour and a half journey. The STena HSS Voyager takes that route. That is why I think that this route should be created, so that you can use the HSS Voyager.

Also, Rosslare(Ireland)should be created because it takes the Stena Lynx 3 which sails to Fishguard. It also takes the Stena Caledonian I think.

How about Pearl Harbor, in Hawaii?

Or even the entire Island  ;D  (The ability to sail around it, like Phi Phi, only bigger.)

Venice...the most beautiful city in the world ;D ;D

But also: Genoa, one of the biggest European harbours. The fantastic Straight of Messina, the area between Sicily and Calabria! In the southern of Italy.
Or the outstanding Gulf of Naples, the isles of Capri and Ischia!

Italy is full of fantastic harbours! 8) 8) Bye!

If Norway was selected for a future expansion.. I wuld hate to be the designer having to model the fjords! THAT would be a nightmare.

BTW For anyone who hasn't seen the fjords- they are spectacular. You have to see them to appreciate them.

I agree with Sydney harbour as there are so many bays and inlets to explore. Also how about Santander in Spain, again quite a large harbour. Possibly Gibraltar?

How about some more US ports? I like the Pearl Harbor idea... as well as the whole island idea  ;D but I don't know how feasable mapping the entire island would be.

What I want even more, however, is the Panama Canal. All of it! I'm actually quite surprised it isn't already added.

Oh I just thought of one! The Strait of Malacca! That way you can add billy clubs and bats to the game to fend off the pirates, and you could switch to action packed cut scenes where the captain faces off against the head pirate. That would be fun with multiplayer!  ;D

Which areas (harbours) would you like to see added to Ship Simulator in the future?

Parts of the Mississippi River, including at least one Lock and Dam structure (with only a 600' lock)   So something like Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota would be great.   Obviously, we'd need a River Tow (push boat) and barges for a river scenairo to work.
