I've been free-roaming with the Orient-Star primarily in San Francisco, but I have yet to come across a dock in SF or any other place that has a mooring hook to where I can attach the lines to.
Can someone help me with some directions? I usually set my waves (wind) quite high. So after docking, my ship gets floated away over time.... even with the Anchor on, a portion of the ship still drifts out from the pier.
