How to make a SketchUp bulbous bow?

Hello all,

I don't know if anyone has questioned this before in this forum but can anyone explain me how to make a bulbous bow?
Today and yesterday I went experimenting with this and this is how far I got:


1: Was my first try, but the front and the upper part were wrong, so I think it's screwed up  

2: Is my second try.

I have looked all over the internet how to make a smooth bulbous bow, I tried to look on other models, but no succes.

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for the kind feedback Ballast, but this isn't precisly what I am looking for.

I have to say that you make a buld in a simlar way

Make the shape then draw half circels betwen the point conect them and you got an buld I will try to explain bether when I have more time

Do you mean like the vertical one like in 2 of the picture?
