Install problem

 Hi all, looking forward to playing my first ship simulator, I have played the demo's but havent bought one until now, I bough Ship simulator Extremes in hope to get the best possible experence, but when trying to install the software I get the error Failed to run install script.  This is a brand new retail copy I have bought from Fry's Electronics, and haven't had any problems with steam releated software installations. All drivers are current as this was the first thing I had checked after receiving the error then signing up for the forum.

Nvidia GTX 285
4gb ram.

Welcome to the Forum.

I would suggest you first register your copy of SSE at the Forum. This action will entitle you to access many other boards of the Forum and also Technical assistance.

Yes, the Steam version has been having some problems and the Forum has quite some references to this. Once you have access to all the boards you may be able to home down on the problem you are facing by reading the posts. Help is certainly here on the Forums.

Scroll down the page ......


After this, you will be able to read posts in all the boards of the Forun.
