I have seen several viedos on lifeboats being depolyed during sinking... Can you deploy lifeboats in this game? OR is it only in SSE?

Sorry to say it is only in SSE that you can deploy boats.

there isn't - any with lifeboats being deployed is SSE

It is definitely NOT Ship Sim Pro. (Nautis) It is from some other source. The logo says "Maritime Logic".
